Youngstown Skatepark Association and YSU Penguin Productions present a free, skatepark pop-up at Federal Frenzy on Phelps Street in Downtown Youngstown on Saturday, April 18 from 2:00-8:00pm, designed for riders of all skill levels on skateboards, BMX bikes, scooters, in-line skates, and roller skates.
