Lit Youngstown presents Next Chapter: a writing workshop for adults navigating recovery as well as family members impacted by a loved one's recovery journey. This six week workshop will meet in-person Tuesday evenings at 6pm from October 6 through November 10 at LOOP Arts & Culture Center on Mahoning Avenue. The session will be led by writer Russ Brickey. The theme of the discussion will focus loosely on grief, led by writer and educator, Alex Abruzzi. This is a walk-in workshop, no registration is required.

The Butler Institute of American Art presents Senior Art & Learn, the third Thursday of every month, through November. This free event is for adults 55+ who are interested in learning more about the art in our museum.
