Youngstown State University’s College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics presents Eco Explorers: Discover, Protect, Thrive!, Monday, July 14 - Friday, July 18, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, at the Williamson Innovation Park in Canfield. The camp is for incoming middle and high school students, and will focus on providing interactive and hands-on activities. The Mercer Community Band presents the concert The Next Generation, on Friday, July 18 at the Mercer County Courthouse Square. The duo Justified open the evening at 5:30 pm, and the band takes the stage at 7:00 pm. The band will feature vocal soloists Katelyn Powell and Colt Garrett, and euphonium soloist Aidan Schreck. The concert is free but you will need to bring your own lawn chair.

In case of inclement weather, concerts will be held at the Mercer High School Auditorium.

Moraine State Park presents the Heron & Kingfisher Paddle on Saturday, July 19th, from 1-3 pm, at the McDanels Launch Area at Moraine State Park. During this nature-based paddle, park staff will share information about the heron, kingfishers, and more about the ecology of Lake Arthur. Registration is required, and more information is available through the park's office at 724-368-8811.

The Michael Peterson Band will open the evening at 5:30 pm, and the band takes the stage at 7:00 pm. The band will feature vocal soloist Emily Kempa, oboe soloist Matthew Runninger, and xylophone soloist, Noah Runninger. The concert is free but you will need to bring your own lawn chair.

Market on Main Antiques & Artisans is taking over Main Street in Columbiana on Saturday, July 26, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
