The Butler Institute of American Art presents its Director's Summer Lecture Series with Dr. Zona, on Sunday, August 10th, at 2 pm, in Zona Auditorium at the Butler’s Beecher Center. OH WOW! is hosting the 15th Silly Science Sunday event at Wean Park, in Youngstown. on Sunday, September 14. This free STEAM Festival features exhibitors, displays and interactive activities all based in science, technology, engineering, art and math. Ursuline Sisters Mission's 15th Guided Labyrinth Walk season continues on Thursday, June 19, at 6:30 pm. Everyone is invited to join in this free event. This year's theme is Pilgrims of Hope, part of the 2025 Jubilee Year. Walks are led either by an Ursuline Sister or an Ursuline Associate. There is more information at ursulinesistersmission.org.

The city of Youngstown will have fireworks in Wean Park on New Year's Eve, beginning at 10:00 pm. There will be free parking at the Covelli Centre.
