The annual Youngstown Holiday Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting and Flea on Phelps vendor market will take place on Friday, December 5, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm on downtown streets. The parade will start at 6:00 pm on Federal Street, with the main viewing grandstand on Central Square. The lighting of the Christmas tree will be after the parade, at about 7:15 pm. OH WOW Children’s Museum will also be free and open to the public from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Santa’s Workshop will be held on the third floor of the museum from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. only.
