The Winona Area Historical Society presents Tragedy to Triumph - 100 Years of Airships in Ohio, on Sunday, August 10th, at 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, at the 1895 Meeting House in Winona, Ohio. Author and guest speaker Aaron Keirns gives a talk on the Ohio crash of the USS Shenandoah in September of 1925, as well as the 100th Anniversary of the nearby Ohio Goodyear Airship Operations. This is a free program.
