AAUW, the American Association of University Women, invites the general public to a free talk on The Impact of Leadership on Culture and Community, by the Honorable Judge Carla Baldwin, on Saturday, March 2, at 10 am, at the Main Branch of the Mahoning County Public Library, on Wick Avenue. Judge Baldwin has served as Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Youngstown Municipal Court since 2018, where she presides over misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic cases, and Drug Court. Judge Baldwin is a Member of All Rise, the national leader in helping jurisdictions across the country ensure that substance use and mental health disorders are addressed in treatment courts which promote treatment and recovery for our most vulnerable.
