The YSU Bitonte College of Health and Human Services presents a lecture titled From Prevention to Survivorship: The Critical Role of Exercise in Cancer Care, on Tuesday, April 22 at 6:00 pm in the Chestnut Room in YSU's Kilcawley Center. The discussion will be hosted by Dr. Melanie Potiaumpai, a leading expert in exercise oncology, as she explores the powerful role of exercise in cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship. The event is free and open to the public.

Dr. Potiaumpai's research focuses on integrating exercise into clinical care, including pre-surgical "prehab" interventions and exercise programs for patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.
