Youngstown CityScape is sponsoring World Cleanup Day - 422 United: Clean and Green. on Saturday, September 20, 8:30 am - noon, at Stambaugh Park, 199 Mosier Avenue, in the Briar Hill area. This event is a cross-city effort bringing together Youngstown and Girard to beautify our communities.
