The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, the Downtown Youngstown Partnership, and Title Sponsor Premier Bank, are hosting this year's Youngstown Holiday Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting & Flea on Phelps! Festivities will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, December 6th, in Central Square. The parade will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the Christmas Tree lighting immediately following the parade, approximately 7:15.
