Youngstown First Fridays presents: The Arts at SMARTS on Friday, March 6 from 5:00-8:00pm. SMARTS (Students Motivated for the Arts) at 25 E Boardman St in Youngstown will have hands-on arts activities for children of all ages in visual art, music, dance, theater, and creative writing, with a focus on family-oriented creations.
