YSU presents an America250 lecture with the Center for Judaic and Holocaust Studies at 5pm on Tuesday April 14 in room 132 of Departolo Hall on the YSU campus. Andrew Porwancher, professor of history at Arizona State University and author of "The Jewish World of Alexander Hamilton," will present a lecture titled, “Was Alexander Hamilton Jewish?” The talk will explore the religious and cultural influences surrounding Alexander Hamilton, offering new perspectives on his background and the broader historical context of early America.
