On one sunny day of our tour, the WYSU travelers were invited to share an afternoon meal on a huge rustic estate called Casa Bianca, located in a fertile and picturesque part of Sicily. Casa Bianca is owned and run by a Sicilian contessa. The Contessa graciously prepared a fabulous feast for us, showcasing many delectable items grown on her own land. The meal was magnificent!
