The Youngstown Chapter of the American Association of University Women present the program The International Within and Without: Thinking Globally, Acting Locally, on Saturday March 15th at 10 am, in Room 3423 of Williamson Hall, on the YSU campus. This program features Dr. Keith Lepak, YSU Professor Emeritus of Political Science and Dr. Nancy Wagner, the former Director of the Centofanti School of Nursing. All are welcome to participate in the discussion. Parking is available at St. Columba Cathedral off Wood Street.
AAUW aims to “advance gender equity through research, education, and advocacy.” Local chapter meetings seek to educate, inspire, and promote higher education as an empowering force.
Discussion will focus on teaching YSU students about international politics, and describing international initiatives to improve education, health, and wellness.
