21 Offices in Maryland Open as First National Bank

PITTSBURGH -- The 21 offices of OBA Bank in Maryland opened Monday morning as branches of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Vincent J. Delie Jr., president and CEO of the bank and its holding company, F.N.B. Corp., said Monday.

The acquisition of OBA Financial Services Inc., the holding company of OBA Bank, was completed Friday, Delie said. It takes the number of First National Bank offices in Maryland to 31.

The Maryland regional headquarters of First National Bank are at 300 E. Lombard St., Baltimore.
