Annual Honoring Our Ancestors Intertribal Powwow

The Annual Honoring Our Ancestors Intertribal Powwow takes place on Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21, at the Ashtabula Antique Engine Club Grounds, 4026 US 322, Williamsfield, Ohio. Gates and vendors open daily 10 am to 6 pm. The grand entry is at noon. There will be Native American food, vendors, history, and storytelling! Memorial Mile 2015

The 25th Annual Memorial Mile takes place on Monday, May 25th, beginning at Market Street and 224 in Boardman. Registration begins at 8:00 am. 8th Annual Western PA Solo Canoe Rendezvous

8th Annual Western PA Solo Canoe Rendezvous is scheduled for Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7 at Cooper's Lake Farm, in Slippery Rock, PA. The Rendezvous is a gathering of solo canoe manufacturers, designers, paddlers and enthusiasts from US and Canada, with the opportunity for the public to attend classes and demonstrations or to talk one-on-one to canoeing experts. Canoes on site may be test paddled, with all necessary equipment provided. There is no charge to attend, but the campground does require a small day fee. More information at wpascr.org.

John Thompson Memorial 5K Run/Walk

The John Thompson Memorial 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, Mary 30th. Race Day registration opens at 8:00 AM, and the race is at 9:00. Pre-race registration information can be found at www.smileymiles.com.

A Night Out At The Gardens

3rd Annual Columbiana Wine Festival

The Columbiana Board of Tourism is presenting the 3rd Annual Columbiana Wine Festival, on Saturday, June 27th, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and Sunday, June 28th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The event features 6 local wineries, live music, artisans and food, with an amateur wine makers competition featuring raffles and prizes. The event is 21+ with no pets or children allowed.
