Fiftee-year-old violinist Elias David Moncado will perform a concert on Wednesday, July 13, at 7:00 pm, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, on Wick Avenue, in Youngstown. Elias has won major violin competitions and is part of a cultural exchange between the Platin Scala orchestra in Germany and the New Castle Eintracht (INE TRACT) Maennerchor.
