First Night Youngstown 2016 Celebration takes place on New Year's Eve from 4:00 pm to Midnight, in downtown Youngstown. Easy Street Productions: Miracle on Easy Street

Easy Street Productions presents Youngstown’s original Christmas Spectacular, "Miracle on Easy Street," with performances on Friday, December 18 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, December 19 at 2:30 and 7:30pm, and Sunday, December 20 at 2:30 pm. Dom Leone Writing Competition and Benefit

The Dom Leone Writing Competition Benefit/Variety Show will be held on Friday, November 257, at 7:00 pm, at Ursuline High School. Entertainment for this year’s show includes music, dance, and comedy, with performances from the Spurs of the Moment, the Finelli School of Dance, The Arcade Comedy Theater (Pittsburgh), and readings by past winners of the writing competition.

YSU Division of Multicultural Affairs: Murphy Meets Motown

Youngstown State University's Division of Multicultural Affairs presents "Murphy Meets Motown," featuring Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr., 2011 Winner of America's Got Talent; and Leonard, Coleman & Blunt (former lead vocalists of the Temptations, Platters, and Drifters respectively). The YSU Department of Theater and Dance presents guest lecturer Jennifer Keller, director of Rock Dance Company on Friday, October 28, at 2:30 pm, in Room 2200 of Bliss Hall, on the YSU campus. Keller will discuss filming and editing dance films. The lecture is free and open to the public.
